Introducing the “Wasatch” timber style mantle. Solid knotty alder construction (no veneers). This mantle provides the rustic feel of the traditional “fir timber” or the log fireplace mantle. The advantage is this mantle can be stained/glazed to match the other alder wood work in your home, and it will not leak sap when the fireplace reaches operating temperature. This mantle is available unfinished or pre-finished to one of our colors or one of your own.
